Purchased a high end chair the package was shipped in a cardboard box and has suffered damages to the leather chair and the metal frame. The chair is not that great a quality pretty let down to be honest
I spend many thousands a year through my business and it is mostly a good service. Had few damaged deliveries but not directly there fault. Has always been resolved in a reasonable time frame

So impressed with my dealings with Salons Direct, the staff I've dealt with have been friendly and efficient, the website is so easy to use and I receive great offers from them when I signed up for them. My orders have been spot on and arrived promptly, the DPD tracking service is so handy too. Fully recommend Salons Direct!
Unbelievably fast delivery!
Ordered first thing on Monday, arrived lunchtime today (Tuesday) via DPD.
Great website, really simple ordering process, will use again with that reliability and speed of delivery.
Furniture is exceptional value and well built. I have used Salons Direct to fit out my 3 Barbers Salons.

I just had a conversation with a member of their costumer service, my God where do they find their staff?!!!
I ordered an ultrasound device machinery for my saloon on 12th of April! After numerous back and forth online chats that I had with them, they always keep saying that it will come soon and as soon they have an update will let me know, yeah right!
On my last chat with them they said that they changed their delivery policy from 7-14 working days to 7-18 working days! Yes working days means that they take actually more than a month to send you your order that you already paid for! Their time frame for the delivery with their recent update is finishing on 7th of May, so I've called them today (they put me on hold for 10min by the way) to confirm that my order is arriving on 7th of May, instead they just for a multiple time confirm that they are still waiting for the package to come to them!! This is really ridiculous. He said that at worst scenario that the package will come until 14th of May now and he tried rushing to hang up on me, but because they are sneaky I just knew that when he says that it will arrive on 14th I asked him to clarify where exactly is arriving on 14th, at my delivery address or at their facilities, if they have one, and he told me that is arriving at their facilities! So basically I need to wait again more time until they despatch it to me, he said that they will send me an email with options when do I want my order to be delivered, so he told me that there is also the option of next day delivery, so I asked him that means that I can have it on 15th then? He told me because 14th is on Friday they do not deliver on weekends that means that they will deliver it on 17th or 18th!! So convenient for them I told him,some extra days of more delay! These people are useless tbh and liars! I told them who can guarantee me that my order will arrive on that dates?? Basically this keeps going week after week after month. I told them that if for any reason they will not be able to send me my delivery on that dates he just mentioned, then I will have to take legal actions and will ask a refund with a charge back scheme through PayPal and at worst scenario will take them to court for a fraud. The most unprofessional company and people I ever had to deal with, my entire life!
They do not have anything in stock at their warehouse, (it requires money that they obviously do not have), so every time someone places an order they just that moment put an order to their Chinese supplier, and we the costumers need to wait God knows for how long! They do not mention anything about this on their website. But thank God we live in an advanced country that laws still exist and protect us and our rights.

Paid for goods ...no communicationon phone or email in the end I had to have the day of work to see if they even there was such a company...what a waste of time and money. 20 day still no product. When I did manage to get in contact on the phone rude and patronising.The worst company I have ever dealt with shambolic to be fair.
